The total number of members of Mission 50+ is about 100 but only about 40 are active.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Some of the aims and objectives of the group are: To enhance the spiritual life and growth of members; To encourage members to enjoy their ageing through good and productive use of their time by coming together frequently for Bible studies and retreats, symposia and talks on spiritual issues with a view of living in accordance with the precepts of the Bible. Etc.
Apart from these objectives, it will interest you to know that although the real target is the 50+, it also embraces other age groups that will be interested in growing spiritually and psychologically in the Lord.
Fellow Ridgeans, I wish to take this opportunity to call on all members who have not joined any group and even those who already have a group to join the Mission 50+ at our next meeting on 13th November, 2014. Just come and join us and you will never regret you did.

So far, all the above mentioned programs are successfully carried out till date.
This was handled under the able leadership of the current executives and some non-executives who always offer their free services to the group.
On this note, on behalf of the chairman, and the executive of the Mission 50+, I wish to express our profound gratitude to the clergy, the church council, all invited guests, members who participated in the week’s activities till today and the entire congregation for their support in diverse ways.
